After nearly two decades in the corporate world, the founders Harsh Bhosale and Raj Pillai, both recognized a fundamental shift in the relationship between employers and employees. The focus on employee experience had become increasingly superficial—glossy offices, perks, and salaries dominated conversations, while the core of what truly matters to people remained overlooked.
In our respective leadership journeys—across global HR, employer branding, and digital transformation—we witnessed the growing disconnect. Companies struggled to attract and retain top talent, not because of a lack of brand appeal, but because they failed to convey their authentic essence, culture, and vision. This communication gap, coupled with a fragmented approach to employee engagement, left workplaces uninspired and undervalued.
